There are so many free services offered to the public for help issues. There is the citizens advice bureau and the consumer advice service and many more services available on request. If you have a more serious matter though you would have to apply for legal aid or pay for a solicitor to give the help needed, the free services are really good at dealing with matters and advising you what steps to take without costs involved. If you are having trouble with a legal matter, you can get free advice from the citizens advice bureau but limited with advice and you will more than likely have to get legal help to resolve these type of cases. If the matter is about dealing with a company where there is a dispute surrounding a product or item you have purchased, the consumer advice service is there to help you deal with the problem and also if the matter is not resolved, they will help you take further steps until the matter gets resolved.
