Some companies would take out their file copies of previous applicants and try to get in touch with the most qualified ones. This means that applicants are shortlisted and given the chance for an interview. Sometimes the interview process is tedious because this is the moment when prospective applicants sees the employers face to face. After the final interview, recommendations are given to the most competitive applicant.
